Our packaging is 100% recyclable.

We post our sold items out weekly as we have an open shop so please be patient with us!

We send orders via Royal Mail with their second class signed for service. Royal Mail states that this service takes 2-3 days but delays may occur. Deliveries will not be made on sundays or bank holidays.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

We encourage you to please double check our sizing guide before purchasing, it may also be helpful to compare measurements to items of clothing that you already own. 

If your order isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Please email us at lucyandthecaterpillar@hotmail.co.uk to arrange your return. We'll need your full name, order number and delivery address. Postage is covered by the buyer, refunds will be issued when the item is received and has been checked by us. 

Items must be returned to us in saleable condition, as you received them. Please try and use the original packaging!

We recommend that you use recorded service and keep hold of the receipt as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. 

VINTAGE CONDITION

Every garment we list is checked thoroughly for any defects. With some items being over 50 years old please expect a little ware. We feel this adds to the charm and history. Any item listed with damage will be noted and priced as seen.
